Terms of Use

These Terms explain the rules for using IQSATI, including the relationship between customers, merchants and the marketplace.

Draft for website useEffective date: To be finalized

Important

This is a practical draft for IQSATI's website and should be reviewed by qualified Pakistani legal counsel before production launch, especially sections dealing with payments, consumer rights, dispute resolution, data protection and merchant obligations.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using IQSATI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

These Terms apply to visitors, customers, merchants and other users of IQSATI unless a separate written agreement applies.

2. IQSATI's Marketplace Role

IQSATI is a marketplace platform that helps users discover products, merchants and installment offers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, IQSATI is not the seller of the products shown on the marketplace. Participating merchants are responsible for their own products, pricing, installment terms, approvals, fulfilment, warranties, returns and other merchant obligations.

3. User Accounts

You may need an account to submit installment applications, manage payments, access merchant tools or use other protected features.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure and promptly updating information that becomes inaccurate.

You must not impersonate another person, create accounts for unlawful purposes or attempt to access another user's account without authorization.

4. Installment Applications

Submitting an installment application does not guarantee approval.

Participating merchants may review customer information, supporting documents and other eligibility information according to their own business rules and applicable requirements.

The merchant is responsible for making the approval or decline decision unless IQSATI expressly states otherwise for a particular service.

5. Pricing, Installment Terms and Payments

Product prices, advance payments, monthly installments, tenures, fees and total payable amounts may vary by merchant and product.

Users should review the full installment plan before applying or making a payment. A lower monthly installment does not necessarily mean a lower total payable amount.

Where IQSATI displays payment schedules or transaction information, those records are intended to support the marketplace experience and should be read together with the relevant merchant terms.

6. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for keeping product listings, inventory, prices, installment plans and business information accurate and up to date.

Merchants must not publish misleading, unlawful, infringing or fraudulent offers.

Merchants are responsible for fulfilment, customer communication, warranties, returns, refunds and other obligations relating to the products and plans they offer, except where IQSATI expressly assumes responsibility in writing.

7. Sponsored Content and Advertising

IQSATI may display sponsored products, featured merchants, promotional banners and other paid placements.

Sponsored or promoted placements may be labelled as Sponsored, Featured, Promoted or with similar wording.

Paid placement does not necessarily mean IQSATI endorses a merchant, product or offer. Users should independently review the relevant terms before making a decision.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use IQSATI for fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized data collection, security attacks or any activity that could damage the platform or other users.

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with platform operations, scrape protected content without permission, upload malicious code or misuse IQSATI's systems.

9. Intellectual Property

IQSATI's platform design, branding, software, text and other original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Merchant logos, product images, trademarks and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit protected IQSATI content except as permitted by law or with written permission.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

IQSATI may include links or integrations involving merchants, payment providers, financial partners or other third parties.

IQSATI is not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies or content except to the extent expressly required by applicable law or a separate agreement.

11. Platform Availability

We aim to keep IQSATI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, operational or business reasons.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IQSATI is provided on an 'as available' basis without guarantees that every listing, merchant statement or third-party service will always be error-free.

IQSATI is not responsible for losses caused solely by a merchant's product quality, fulfilment failure, inaccurate listing or independent approval decision, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Suspension and Termination

IQSATI may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created security risk, engaged in fraud or misused the platform.

Where appropriate, we may also remove listings, advertising or merchant content that violates platform rules.

14. Privacy

Use of personal information is also governed by IQSATI's Privacy Policy.

Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand what information may be collected, why it is used and how it may be handled.

15. Changes to these Terms

IQSATI may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, business model, legal requirements or operating practices.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of IQSATI after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms should ultimately be reviewed and finalized for compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to IQSATI's operations in Pakistan.

Any governing-law, jurisdiction or dispute-resolution clause should be confirmed by qualified legal counsel before production launch.

17. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact IQSATI through the Contact page or the official business support channels published on iqsati.com.
